This activity is suitable for children aged 10+

If you fancy to see a brand new musical in London with your kids, have a look at Bronco Billy – The Musical.

Set in the late seventies, a group of Wild West roustabouts is struggling to make things work for their travelling show. The leader Bronco Billy meets a young woman from Manhattan named Antoinette Lily who will save it all and sparks a love adventure.

Originally, Bronco Billy is an American movie directed and starring Clint Eastwood who brought the actress Sondra Locke to plays Antoinette Lily character. However, the movie wasn’t a great success and I hardly remember it. But don’t worry the musical has been praised very positively with a reviews rating of 4.8 out of 5 on London Theatre Direct.

Anyhow, The upbeat musical runs until 7 April 2024 with tickets available between £15 and £55, which is considered very reasonable compared to classic musicals happening in the West End.

With spring coming soon, maybe it is time to visit once again the Battersea Park Children’s Zoo with your little ones.

Battersea Park Children’s Zoo located in South West London is specifically designed with younger children in mind. If you have young kids who love animals and enjoy interactive experiences, they may find the zoo to be a delightful and engaging outing.

My kids always loved the petting area where you can see rabbits, guinea pigs and more animals. Otherwise, families will enjoy the trail whilst admire monkeys, meerkats or sheep.

Don’t forget to allow some time for your children to play at the adventure playgrounds.

7. Explore the London Canal with a Waterbus

For some reasons, we never get bored of visiting Camden Market on weekends even though competition is out there with Spitalfields Market or Notting Hill.

However the journey from Paddington to Camden on a waterbus makes the whole day out in London very unique and more interesting for families.

Waterbuses starts from Little Venice just outside Paddington Station and take you on a nice gentle cruise to Camden Market just before the famous Iron Footbridge over Regents Canal.
