If you are visiting the region of Devon, you can’t miss taking the time to explore the city of Plymouth with plenty of things to do with your children. In this guide, I will highlight all the best activities you can do in Plymouth whether you prefer staying indoor or outdoor.

Plymouth is one of the most famous port cities in England that sits in Devon but with close proximity to Cornwall. The harbour city is home to the famous landmark Smeaton’s Tower which is a red and white lighthouse originally built in the late 18th century.

This city by the sea offers plenty of exciting attractions for families including an aquarium, a lido and great musicals. I have also pinned down some Plymouth activities for toddlers and young children too.
