1. Les Fils à Maman
Les Fils à Maman has different restaurants in France, Belgium and even in Hong Kong. The concept idea was born out of 4 grown up adults-kids who love their food since they’ve been young boys waiting for their meal cooked by their mom. They only serve food with fresh products and the décor of their restaurants will definitely have your eyes looking everywhere.

3. La Felicità

La Felicità claims to be the biggest restaurant in Europe (4,500 m2) with a lot of outdoor space to enjoy your lunch or dinner. Expect some Italian cooking with great pizzas. The venue organises on the 2nd Sunday of the month a kids-friendly day where your little ones can participate in various workshops. Definitely one of the best family friendly restaurants in Paris.

4. Bouillon Chartier
✓ Tried & Tested
Ideally located close to the Grands Boulevards and just around the corner of the wax museum Musée Grévin (that we highly recommend you to visit), Bouillon Chartier must be on every touristic guides about Paris.
But let’s be honest, this restaurant is so unique that you need to visit once. And yes the place is family friendly besides being busy all year round. Expect to be served quickly at a very reasonable price.
For instance the cheaper starter is at 1€ for grated carrots with vinaigrette. Chicken with French Fries is around 10€. We’ve recently had lunch and the bill came for 70€ for the 4 of us. You can’t book in advance so just walk in or wait a bit in the queue.
Address: 7 Rue du Faubourg Montmartre, 75009 Paris

5. Le Chalet des Iles
✓ Tried & Tested
On the East side of Paris, you can find the beautiful green and woody area of the Bois de Vincennes, famously known for its zoo called Parc Zoologique de Paris. The park is absolutely heaven and such a contrast to the busy city centre of Paris. But what makes it even more attractive in Spring or Summer is to find Le Chalet des Iles restaurant located in the island of the park.
We’ve recently had lunch (Easter holiday in 2022) at the Chalet during the Easter holiday without any reservations and we couldn’t be happier to be able to dine outside with such a view over the private gardens. They have a kids menu that doesn’t cost the Earth and for adults, they have main courses between 18 and 30 euros.
This restaurant is definitely kids friendly and we loved the fact that our children could play nearby our table while we were chilling out in the sun. Make sure you book in advance your table on the weekend or warm evenings as Parisians head out to this restaurant too!
