There are three eclectic ‘Lounges’ in Cardiff – a chain of laid back restaurants which started in Bristol and has gone from strength to strength. In a sea of coffee shops, tea lovers can rejoice as we’ve found a cafe dedicated to the perfect brew, located in one of Cardiff’s oldest Edwardian Arcades.
